In most cases, yes. We keep 2-3 techs available for same-day calls Monday-Saturday. Broken springs and off-track emergencies go to the front of the queue. If you call before noon, there's a strong chance we'll be there the same afternoon. After-hours calls (after 6pm) for genuine emergencies - door stuck open or car trapped - are available with a $65 after-hours surcharge.
